The success of the parent company of American motorcycle manufacturer, Victory Motorcycles has been built by the everyday, hard-working employees. And company officials have acknowledged that with continuing share profits with its employees. Yesterday Polaris Industries announced it would continue its tradition of profit-sharing with its employees for the 28th year.
